Wynne Lake

Wynne Lake is located north of Biwabik off of Highway 135. Nestled south of the recreation area of Giants Ridge Golf and Ski Resort Wynne Lake makes for an exciting and scenic hiking adventure. In the summer the scenic trail is lighted along Wynne Lake. Wynne Lake stretches across 279 acres of scenic beauty. This lake features great fishing for northern pike, walleye and sunfish with depths up to 52 feet. A narrow channel connects Wynne to Sabin Lake, which is 305 acres. Wildlife viewing along this hunter / walking trail is a definite possibility.

Directions: Located north of Biwabik and south of Giants Ridge Golf and Ski Resort off Highway 135. Watch for sign.
