Contest Rules

No purchase or payment is necessary to enter. All federal, state, local and municipal laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited. Legal residents who are 18 years of age or older as of date of entry may register in the Iron Range Tourism Bureau's Vacation Giveaways. Void where prohibited by law.

Complete and submit the entry form. It is the sole responsibility of the entrant to notify the Sponsor if the entrant changes his or her e-mail address. In the event of a dispute in regard to the identity of the person submitting an online entry, the entry will be deemed to be submitted by the person in whose name the e-mail account is registered. Entries by any e-mail method other than set forth in this paragraph are void. Any use of automated or programmed methods of effecting entry online is prohibited.

The giveaway drawing will be held June 6, 2008 from all completed entries received through June 5, 2008. Winners will be notified by e-mail. Entry forms must be completely filled out to be eligible. Odds of winning depend on the number of qualified entries received. Entering more than once does not increase your odds of winning. Some use restrictions may apply. Transportation to and from the Iron Range area is the sole responsibility of the winner. Costs of taxes, surcharges, meals, ground transportation, gratuities, and all other expenses not specified are the sole responsibility of winner. Prize may not be redeemed for cash and has no cash value.

Terms and Conditions

The Sponsor does not assume any responsibility for incorrect or inaccurate capture of entry information, including but not limited to technical malfunctions, human or technical error, sending or printing errors, lost/delayed/garbled data or transmissions, omission, deletion, interruption, defect or failures of: any telephone or computer line or network, computer equipment, software or any combination thereof. Entry data that is tampered with or altered is void. In the event this Giveaway is compromised or becomes technically corrupted in any way, electronically or otherwise, the Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, terminate, or suspend the Iron Range Vacation Giveaway and in such event, to select a winner by random drawing from among all valid entries received up to such time of cancellation, termination or suspension. All entries become the sole property of the Sponsor and will not be returned. Winner will be determined in a random drawing conducted by Sponsor whose decisions are final and binding on all matters relating to this giveaway. No substitutions or cash alternates for the prize. The prize is non-assignable and non-transferable. All taxes and incidental expenses not mentioned herein are the responsibility of the winner, if applicable. Winner's acceptance of the prize constitutes the granting to Sponsor and Sponsor's partners in this Giveaway of an unconditional right to use winner's name, address (city and state only), voice, likeness, photograph, biographical and prize information and/or statements about the promotion for any publicity, advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law. Sponsor reserves the exclusive right to interpret all conditions relating to this promotion. Prize will be awarded. Eligible prize winner must claim prize within 10 days (June 16, 2008) or prize will be awarded to alternate. By entering, participants agree to these rules and the decisions of the Iron Range Tourism Bureau or any affiliated companies.
